This Senior Monitors Training is open to all of those who have taken at least one Enlightenment Intensive.

It is the foundational course for those who want to serve on Enlightenment Intensives and will equip you with the core skills and knowledge needed to serve as a senior monitor.

Iyt can also be considered as phase 1 of the Masters Training, should you wish to develop further and become an EI Master.

COURSE OUTLINE

The training weaves together interconnected elements, building from independent study toward an immersive residential training with practical groupwork:

• Independent study

• Six online group meetings

• Three-day Enlightenment Intensive

• Eight-day immersive residential training

INDEPENDENT STUDY

What will you study?

You will study material from both Charles Berner and Lawrence Noyes specific to monitors, as well as some wider reading to inform your training.

Core material:

1. The EI Monitor's Manual and various other sections from Transmission of Truth: A Manual for Enlightenment Masters (Charles Berner)

2. Senior Monitor's Manual (Lawrence Noyes)

These will be available from the training section of our website. Additional reading and study material will also be available should you wish to deepen your engagement with the material.

ONLINE GROUP MEETINGS

To support your studies of the essential information, there will be six online group meetings in which the core material is explored together.

RESIDENTIAL TRAINING

A 3-day Enlightenment Intensive followed by an 8-day intensive skills training for all trainees (Masters & Senior Monitors).

ASSESSMENTS

Assessments (or “checks”) are part of the learning process. They give structure to your learning, enable us to see where additional support may be needed, and are learning activities in and of themselves.

During the study phase, assessments will be a combination of written and oral checks on your understanding.

During the residential training, the assessments are practical in nature, with you in the role of a Senior Monitor.

These run on Thursdays, between 6-8 pm in UK time (BST).
