ENLIGHTENMENT INTENSIVES

Training for EI Masters & Senior Monitors
We are now offering training to those who wish to begin working on Enlightenment Intensives as Senior Monitors, or leading Enlightenment Intensives as Masters.
Each comprehensive training course instils both essential theory and practice for EI staff as taught by Charles Berner and Lawrence Noyes.
The formal training begins with six online study meetings (one per week). This is followed by a two-week residential in Bath, starting with a 3-day Enlightenment Intensive and then an 8-day group training.
SENIOR MONITORS TRAINING
(Masters Training Phase I)
A Senior Monitor on an Enlightenment Intensive is skilled at both dyad management and one-to-one participant support. This is a complete training for anyone interested in serving as a Senior Monitor, or in simply developing their personal skills in being authentic and making true contact with others.
Successful completion of this course and/or experience as a Senior Monitor is considered a prerequisite for taking the EI Masters Training course (below).

MASTERS TRAINING
The complete training to begin leading Enlightenment Intensives as developed and taught by Charles Berner.
This is primarily for those who have already completed a Senior Monitors Training and are ready to set up and lead their own Intensives, but it can also be taken by those who would simply like to bring more of the qualities of mastery and connection into their own lives.

Who is this training for?
Those who have attended at least one EI and feel drawn to support others in this work.
Those on a path of personal or spiritual development seeking a deeper connection with truth and with a call to be of service to others.
Note: The training is conducted in English only
What does the training involve?
Both courses blend independent study, online group learning, and immersive residential training.
Each course consists of:
STUDY – learning the essential knowledge
RESIDENTIAL TRAINING – acquiring the essential skills
ASSESSMENTS – Checks of learning success.
STUDY
Once you are accepted onto the training, you can begin studying the relevant course material right away,
Home study: You will be given online access to the relevant study materials (manuals) to read in your own time.
Online group meetings: Ahead of the residential training, there will be six group meetings via Zoom for students to review and discuss key topics with us.
RESIDENTIAL TRAINING
The residential training, to be held in Bath (UK), consists of two components:
3-day Enlightenment Intensive: Participation on an EI is an excellent way to prepare for the training to follow. It also increases the likelihood of enlightenment experiences occurring during the training itself.
The EI is followed by 1-2 days of rest and preparation prior to the start of training.
8-day Training: An 8-day intensive training programme covering essential skills for managing dyads and guiding participants in their technique and process. During the training, all students also practice their respective roles (Master or Senior Monitor) in two short ‘Mini-Intensives’.
ASSESSMENTS
All trainees will be assessed on both their knowledge during the study phase and their practical skills during the residential training.
