Who is this training for?

• Those who have attended an EI and feel drawn to support others in this work as a Senior Monitor.

• Those who have already completed Senior Monitor training and feel called to take the next step to Master their own Enlightenment Intensives.

• Those on a path of personal or spiritual development seeking a deeper connection with truth and with service.

What training is available?

There will be two parallel and concurrent training tracks:

SENIOR MONITORS TRAINING

This is a foundational course for anyone interested in serving participants on EIs, or simply in developing their connection with truth and personal skills in making authentic contact with others.

MASTERS TRAINING

This is for those who have already completed a Senior Monitors Training and are either ready to set up and lead their own Intensives or would like to bring more of the qualities of mastery and connection into their own lives.

What does the training involve?

Both courses blend independent study, online group learning, and immersive residential training.

Each course consists of:

1. A STUDY phase – learning essential knowledge

2. A RESIDENTIAL phase – learning and practicing essential skills

STUDY

Once you are accepted onto the training, you can begin studying the relevant course material right away,

(1) Independent study 

You will be assigned sections of the EI Masters Manuals to read ahead of the online group meetings (below). The relevant secions, plus some additional material, will be available direct from our website.

(2) Online group meetings

There will be six group meetings via Zoom for students to review and discuss their current study assignments. The study activities are separate for the two groups (Masters & Senior Monitors), but then both groups will come together for the residential training.

RESIDENTIAL

The residential training, to be held in Bath (UK), brings together both training groups, the Masters and Senior Monitors.

It consists of two components:

1. A 3-day Enlightenment Intensive

2. An 8-day practical training intensive

(1) Enlightenment Intensive

A 3-day Enlightenment Intensive for all trainees (Masters & Senior Monitors). This is an excellent way to prepare for the training to follow.

(2) Practical Training Intensive

An 8-day intensive training programme covering essential skills for managing dyads and guiding participants in their technique and process. All trainee Masters and Senior Monitors will also practice their respective roles in running two short ‘mini-Intensives’.

The Masters training additionally includes three personal online mentoring sessions.

ASSESSMENTS

All trainees will be assessed on both their knowledge during the study phase and their practical skills during the residential phase.

The training will be conducted in English only.

How much does it cost?

MASTERS Training:

£1800 (GBP)

SENIOR MONITORS Training:

£1700 (GBP)

Payment schedule

1. £400 deposit upon application acceptance

2. £400 due by start of online group course

3. Remaining balance payable before the residential training
