General Information

    • All prices as shown INCLUDE your deposit, retreat accommodation, and all meals.

    • A 3-day EI includes 4 nights’ accommodation.

    • There may be a small extra charge for parking at a nearby private car park.

    • There may be a small extra charge for any unusual dietary restrictions which require special preparation.

    • All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling (£). 

    • We can accept payments via either bank transfer or PayPal.

    • You can use a currency converter to see the equivalent in Euros (€), US Dollars ($), or whatever, such as: Currency Converter. 

    • To qualify for the reduced rate for early-bird booking, we need both your Registration Form and your desposit payment by the deadline shown.

    • We also have some concessions available for those on low income.

    • Deposits are normally transferrable but non-refundable.

    • If you have paid a deposit for an intensive but are then unable to attend it,that deposit can be transferred to another one of our EIs if we have at least 2 week's notice.
