Senior Monitors’ Training
This is a foundational course for anyone interested in serving participants on Enlightenment Intensives as devised by Charles Berner.
It is also suitable for anyone wishing to develop their connection with truth and their personal skills in making authentic contact with others.
This course can also be considered as Phase I of the EI Masters Training course for those who wish to continue onto a later Masters training (next course: 2028).

Course Outline
The training consists of two phases:
Study Phase
A combination of home study and online group meetings to study and discuss the essential information.
The primary sources are Charles Berner’s Monitors Manual and Lawrence Noyes’ Senior Monitors Manual. We also provide additional reading of relevance.
Residential Phase
This two-week residential training in Bath (UK) consists of:
Arrivals (18 June)
a 3-day Enlightenment Intensive (19-21 June)
2 days of rest, integration, and orientation to training (22-23 June)
an 8-day intensive training (24 june - 1 July)
Completion & departures (2 July)
The residential training focuses on key skills such as dyad management, making contact with individuals, and providing one-to-one technique guidance.
All training is led by Emma and Barry McGuinness with the assistance of two qualified instructors.

In the first instance, submit an expression of interest and we will arrange a Zoom meeting.
Then, if you are willing and able to proceed, we will ask you to submit a registration form and the initial deposit.
Early booking is strongly advised.
